This will be quite a unique, life-changing experience, happening in Francavilla al Mare, Italy in 2026!​
​
The 'Good News Only' DTS is a deep dive into the scandalous Grace of Jesus, the abundant endless agape love of the Father, and the joyful Holy Spirit fullness & overflow. You will spend months of quite active learning and practical application, immersed in an atmosphere of fun and rest, as if Jesus is already the Saviour of the whole world ;-).

The emphasis of the school will be on joy, rest, and the Finished Work of Christ within a Trinity family context. So, if you are looking for a very serious Christian training school, you may want to consider elsewhere. This DTS will follow along the lines of what brilliant author C. S. Lewis said, “Joy is the serious business of heaven.”

Attending the 'Good News Only' DTS will be a chance to grow together with a supportive group of staff and students as happy healthy missionaries and everyday believers, within the greater context of YWAM's vision & values.
Meet The Team
Lisanne and Phil
We have been married for 27 years and are the proud parents of three incredible young men, Ryan 22, Ethan 19 and Isaac 17. We have tasted the Good News - the Happy Gospel.. The Gospel of Jesus, the Gospel of Iunion and not separation, of grace and not law, of restoration and not retribution.
It is the wind in our sails on this great adventure of life and love!
Matt and Katie
Have ministered the Gospel full time since 2008. They are relatively unlearned ordinary friends who encountered Christ's Finished Work and the Glory of God and have found themselves by Grace exploring wonderful mystic secrets! They have two wonderful children, Samuel and Rainbow, and are focused on family and community in their local region Fort Wayne Indiana USA, as well as sharing this Good News online, and throughout the world.
Matt & Katie love food from around the world and have driven converted school buses through 7 countries!
Dominic and Deborah
Dominic and DeborahDominic (48) and Deborah (47) live with their son Leon (16) in Bern, Switzerland. They work as social worker and occupational therapist and are involved in local house-church and community life projects for many years.
Rebekka and Cor
We are a newly married couple with a passion for seeing people discover the fullness of their identity in Christ. This is why we are soo excited for this DTS! Jesus, His incarnation & finished work are at the heart of everything we express. We love creating spaces where people feel safe to ask questions, explore the depths of our union with God, and enjoy the freedom found in the good news!
Joe and Sue
Being a part of this school is a prayer come true for us; to see the good, Good News bringing more people into freedom from religious duty, shame and guilt is a real delight and we’re grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Australian by adoption, Irish and Manx by birth, we grew up in England and met in high school there. Travelling the world with our 4 kiddos, we’ve been deeply in love for over 50 years and still are. It just gets better all the time - come and talk to us about it!

I’m Pippa (aka Pip) from the UK. The things that bring me joy are good wine, good food, and good conversation; being outdoors in general, and particularly hiking up any mountains I can get to; and discovering, experiencing, and creating beauty in the everyday through nature, people, art, photography, food, and design. I’ve been involved with YWAM quite a bit in the last few years, spending time at bases in Davos, Ålesund, Trentino, and Amsterdam, but I’m excited to join this DTS in Francavilla as we remember and rest in God’s goodness and grace together!

I’ve been drinking this Good News for the past 13 years, I don’t regret taking the first sip and I can’t and won’t stop drinking this sweet Gospel! Originally from the Swiss Alps, living at the moment in a wonderful community in Bern and super excited to meet all of you soon! Let’s go for coffee, or ice cream or both! Life is too short (at least on this planet) so let’s enjoy it!

22 weeks. (12 weeks lecture phase, 10 weeks outreach phase)

4800€. This includes the course fees, accommodation and food.
